How we handle concerns.

We aim to deal with genuine concerns promptly, fairly and using the project’s written scope as the starting point.

1. Contact us

Email info@ominiworks.co or call 0800 999 1367. Include the project address, your contact details and a clear description of the issue.

2. Provide supporting information

Photographs, dates and relevant quotation or invoice references help us assess the concern accurately.

3. Assessment

We will review the agreed scope and, where reasonably required, arrange an inspection. Emergency safety concerns should be reported by telephone immediately.

4. Proposed resolution

After assessment, we will explain whether the matter falls within our responsibility and the reasonable next step. Manufacturer-related concerns may require referral to the product supplier.
