OMINIWORKS five-year workmanship warranty

Our five-year workmanship guarantee covers defects caused by faults in our installation workmanship for five years from completion. Your project documents set out the agreed scope, construction specification, maintenance requirements and applicable guarantee terms.

Material warranties of up to 20 years

Material and manufacturer cover is separate from the OMINIWORKS workmanship warranty. Cover of up to 20 years may be available where the selected product and manufacturer terms allow. Eligibility, duration, registration, maintenance and exclusions depend on the product and complete system installed.

Vuba resin systems

OMINIWORKS is a Vuba Approved Installer. Any Vuba product warranty applies only where the relevant system, specification, documentation and registration requirements are met. The applicable duration will be confirmed in the project documents rather than assumed automatically.

Protecting the finished work

• Keep channels, outlets and permeable surfaces clear of debris
• Remove leaves, soil, oil and other contaminants promptly
• Follow the surface-specific cleaning and vehicle-use guidance
• Do not allow another contractor to cut, drill or alter the work without advice
• Report a suspected installation concern promptly rather than allowing damage to develop

Typical exclusions

• Damage caused by third parties, impact, misuse or abnormal loading
• Movement or failure in structures and retained bases outside the agreed scope
• Contamination, staining, rusting or natural material variation not caused by installation
• Blocked drainage, neglected maintenance, flooding or exceptional weather
• Unauthorised alterations or repairs after completion

Contact OMINIWORKS promptly with the project address, completion date, photographs and a description of the concern. We will review the project documentation and advise the appropriate next step.
